At Mosko, we believe in providing the highest-quality service and building the best product. If something isn't working for you, we want to give you options. Please note all items can be returned within 30 days of purchase as they are in their original, new, and unused condition. If items are not in resaleable condition, a restocking fee will be charged depending on the item's condition.
CA Returns
To initiate an exchange or return, visit our Return Portal here.
- All items must be in original packaging with the SKU on the bag. A restocking fee will be deducted if the item is not in resaleable condition.
- If an exchange is not available, a refund will be provided.
- We only offer free return labels on apparel, exchanges, or store credit.
- For luggage refunds, you've got a couple of options:
- Use our returns portal to generate a prepaid return label. If you choose this option, we’ll deduct about $5–$10 from your refund to cover the shipping costs.
- Use a courier of your choice and use the return address as shown on the received shipping label.
Exchanges for Other Products
Temporarily, the option to exchange an item is unavailable directly through our return portal. That said, we’re happy to help set one up for you! Simply leave a note with your return request or reach out to our Support team, and we’ll create the exchange order manually.
