At Mosko, we build gear we’re proud of—and we want you to feel the same way. If your new gear isn’t what you expected, no problem: you can return it within 30 days as long as it’s unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition.

Return Cost
- Apparel: A free shipping label will be provided

Luggage and non-apparel items: The customer is responsible for return shipping. We provide a label at a discounted rate that is deducted from the refund. The customer can also choose to ship with the carrier of their choice.
- In the case of exchange or return for store credit, a free shipping label will be provided.
What You Can Return
- Gear returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items in unused, resellable condition (tags on, original packaging included)
If gear has been installed or clothing has been worn (e.g., exposed to pet dander, oil, dirt, detergent, etc.), a restocking fee may apply based on the item’s condition.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Swap for a different size or variant once your return is processed
- If an exchange isn’t available, you can opt for store credit to use on your next order

- Final sale items
- Used gear / Dirty Bird items
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Gear
If your gear arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
