At Mosko, we believe in providing the highest-quality service and building the best product. If something isn't working for you, we want to give you options. Please note all items can be returned within 30 days of purchase as they are in their original, new, and unused condition. If items are not in resaleable condition, a restocking fee will be charged depending on the item's condition.
USA Returns
To initiate an exchange or return, visit our Return Portal here.
- All items must be in original packaging with the SKU on the bag. A restocking fee will be deducted if the item is not in resaleable condition.
- If an exchange is not available, a refund will be provided.
- We only offer free return labels on apparel, exchanges, or store credit.

For luggage refunds, you've got a couple of options:
- Use our returns portal to generate a prepaid return label. If you choose this option, we’ll deduct about $5–$10 from your refund to cover the shipping costs.
- Use a courier of your choice and use the return address as shown on the received shipping label.
*For International orders only placed on our moskomoto.com shop: Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and, therefore, are non-refundable. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the return paperwork. We'll refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees that may have been applied to your order).
Exchanges for Other Products
If you wish to exchange an item for a completely different item, we recommend creating a return for store credit and using that store credit to place a new order.
