EU Returns & Exchanges

Heads up! We offer free returns on apparel only. For non-apparel items, return shipping isn’t covered when ordering from our moskomoto.eu shop.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in new, unused, and resellable condition.

For apparel, store credit returns, and exchanges, we’ve got you covered. We’ll send a prepaid return label once you submit your request through our EU Returns Portal.

For luggage refunds, you've got a couple of options:

1. Use a courier of your choice and send it to the address below, or
2. Use our returns portal to generate a prepaid UPS return label. If you choose this option, we’ll deduct about €10–€15 from your refund to cover the shipping.
