- Most orders ship 2 business days after being placed.
- Orders received on Fridays after 10:00 AM PST or on weekends are processed the following business day.
- Shipping and delivery times are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- We offer free shipping for orders over $200 USD.

Expedited US Shipping Methods:
- FedEx Express Saver: Delivers on the 3rd business day—orders must be received by 10 am PST for same-day shipping.
- FedEx 2Day Air: Delivers on the 2nd business day—orders must be received by 10 am PST for same-day shipping.
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivers next business day—orders must be received by 10 am PST for same-day shipping. Please note that Saturday deliveries are excluded from Next Day Air.

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery 1–2 business days
- Please note: USPS Priority refers only to the shipping speed once your order leaves our facility. Our fulfillment process takes up to 2 additional business days before shipping.
We try to ship FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day Air, and FedEx Overnight orders the same business day we receive them. To help ensure this, expedited orders must be received at Mosko Moto by no later than 11 a.m. PST.

2. Paid on Delivery
- Duties, taxes, or customs fees are collected by your local carrier
- These charges are set by your country and are not controlled by Mosko
Country-Specific Notes
- Included in Pricing (no surprise fees): Canada (duties included, taxes at checkout), Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, UAE, Japan, and most of Europe
- United Kingdom: Orders may be subject to duties & taxes upon delivery
- Mexico, Argentina, Turkey or China: [See country-specific shipping details here]
- Russia: We are currently unable to ship directly.
