The Fatty Tool Roll (V2.0) is a rugged tool storage solution designed for adventure motorcycle riders. It rolls up into a compact, weather-resistant package that keeps your essential tools organized and protected — whether tucked inside luggage or mounted externally on your bike.
Key Features
- Heavy-Duty Construction: Built from durable, abrasion-resistant materials designed to stand up to off-road use.
- Spacious Tool Organization: Multiple pockets and webbing loops inside the roll securely hold wrenches, pliers, sockets, and more.
- Large Zippered Pockets: Three oversized zippered compartments accommodate bulky or unusually-shaped items like adjustable wrenches, JB Weld, or Loctite.
- Waterproof Rain Cover: A welded-seam waterproof cover protects tools from rain and moisture, and can double as a parts tray at the trailhead.

- Compact Roll-Up Design: Rolls neatly and secures with the included Moto Strap — fitting easily in a pannier, top bag, or strapped externally.
Using Your Fatty Tool Roll
Packing Tips
- Place larger, heavier tools in the main pockets and secure them with the interior webbing.
- Store small items (tire plugs, patches, Loctite) in the zippered catch-alls so they don’t migrate.
- Use the clear vinyl pocket for reference cards or small documentation.
Storing & Mounting
- When packed, roll the tool roll tightly and secure with the Moto Strap.
- Stow inside luggage or panniers, or attach externally using the roll’s webbing pass-throughs.
Water Protection
- The included rain cover offers waterproof protection.
- Before hitting wet conditions, ensure the cover is installed correctly for best performance.
Common Questions
- What is the longest tire iron I can put in the Fatty? For the best fit, we recommend tire irons 11 inches or shorter. That allows the fold-over flap to close and secure as intended. Longer irons can still fit, but you may not be able to use the top flap if they exceed that length.
Care & Maintenance
- After heavy use or exposure to mud and moisture, remove tools and wipe down the interior.
- Clean the exterior with mild soap and water; avoid harsh solvents.
- Store in a dry place when not in use to prevent corrosion on metal tools.
