Merging Accounts
If you’ve accidentally created multiple accounts using different email addresses, we can help merge them into a single account.
To get started, please contact our Support Team and include:
- The email address you’d like to keep as your primary account
- Any additional email addresses you’d like merged into that account
Once merged, your order history, and account details will be consolidated under one email address. Please note that account merges must be completed by our Support Team for security reasons.
Resetting Your Password
If you’re having trouble logging into your account or have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it.
- Go to the login page
- Click “Forgot Your Password?”
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email
If you don’t see the reset email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you’re still having trouble, our Support Team is happy to help.
