Return processing typically takes 5-7 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse. During peak times (holidays, sales, special events, etc.) it can take longer to process.
Once completed, it may take your bank an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund to your original form of payment. Store credits are typically emailed within 24 hours after processing your return.
