We ship internationally via DHL Express through our U.S. store (www.moskomoto.com) with the help of Global-e, a third-party logistics partner. However, some countries have government-imposed shipping restrictions.

Country-Specific Shipping Limits

Mexico & Argentina

• Order Limit: Cannot exceed $1,000 USD per order.

Indonesia

• Item Limit: Maximum 5 items per order.

China

Value Restrictions:

• Single item: Cannot exceed 5,000 RMB (~$700 USD)
• Multiple items: Cannot exceed 1,000 RMB (~$140 USD)

Turkey

Customs Clearance Changes:

• Orders above 30 EUR will require formal customs clearance (previously 150 EUR).
• Increased Import Taxes:
  • From Non-EU Countries: Tax increased from 30% to 60%
  • From EU Countries: Tax increased from 20% to 30%

Australia

Difference Between U.S. & EU Shops:

• U.S. Store: Taxes & duties included in prices; free shipping.
• EU Store: VAT is paid at checkout (for EU countries), while non-EU customers must pay import fees upon delivery.

Workaround: Order from Our EU Store

To avoid restrictions and high taxes, we recommend assessing if shopping from our EU store would be more beneficial for you. 

• Thresholds: For customers outside the EU, taxes are not charged at checkout, keeping the total price under the $1,000 USD threshold in many cases.
• Shipping Provider: UPS ships from Europe and applies the IVA tax for Mexico upon delivery.
• Customs & VAT Responsibility
  • Customers outside the EU must pay VAT/import taxes for their country.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to check their country’s customs rules before placing an order.
