We are partnered with Global-e, third-party international shipping, and logistics partner that enables us to ship internationally with better rates and offer local language and currency at checkout.

However, there are certain limits per country, and when shipping to Mexico and Argentina, there is a threshold of $1000 that cannot be exceeded.

What's the workaround?

Creating separate orders with the product you want while keeping each total amount below the threshold. 

Example: when purchasing any of our Backcountry Pannier Kits, follow these steps:

1. Select no pockets and complete checkout for one order.
2. Create another order with desired amount of Aux Pockets (4L Aux Pox on BC 25L Pannier and 5L Aux Pox on 35L BC Pannier) along with any other items you want and complete checkout. 

China

Chinese regulations do not permit any orders above this value to be cleared from customs.

• An order for a single item has a limit of 5000 RMB / 700 USD
• An order for multiple items has a limit of 1000 RMB / 140 USD

What's the workaround?

You can hire a broker or can use DHL as the broker.

Alternatively, call our Support number, and we can place an order for you outside of Global-e.
