We’re open Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM at our White Salmon, WA headquarters.
Our small team of riders is available to offer hands-on guidance and real-world feedback. If you’re planning a visit, giving us a heads-up helps ensure someone is free to walk you through fit, sizing, or specific gear questions.
What to Expect During Your Visit
- The showroom is not a retail store, but we have all our luggage and apparel available for try-on.
- We have limited luggage in backstock—if there’s a specific item you’re hoping to take home, give us a call ahead of time so we can check availability.
- If you decide to place an order during your visit, you’ll receive a showroom-only discount and free shipping to your address.
Traveling Through? Stay at the Bates Mototel
