How to Submit a Request
- Select the correct return portal based on where you made your purchase:
- Choose “Complaint & Warranty” as the return type and select the appropriate reason.
- Upload a photo and include a brief comment describing the incorrect or faulty item.

Note: Exchanges are processed immediately.
- Once your request is reviewed, we will email you a return label to send the item back.
