Got a gift card? Awesome—you’re one step closer to gearing up for your next big ride. Whether you’re buying online, or at one of our events, here’s everything you need to know about redeeming and using Mosko Moto gift cards.
Where to Purchase
- Hover over the Luggage collection, and the option for Gift Card will be in the drop-down menu.
- You can locate Gift Cards at the bottom of every collection page.
Using Your Gift Card
Your gift card balance doesn’t expire and can be used across multiple orders until it’s fully spent.
You can also combine gift cards with discount codes, and use multiple gift cards on a single order.
Using Gift Cards Across Stores
Gift cards are tied to the Mosko online store where they were purchased (for example, U.S. or EU). If you need to use your gift card on a different Mosko online store, our Support team can help transfer the balance — just reach out and we’ll take care of it.
Purchasing Mosko Gift Cards with a Mosko Gift Card
Sorry — gift cards can’t be used to purchase other gift cards.
Sending a Mosko Gift Card to Someone Else
If you’d like to send a gift card directly to someone else, contact our Support team, and we’ll help you set it up.
How to Use Your Mosko Gift Card Online
You can use your Mosko gift card to make purchases directly from our website or even in person (if you catch us at an event or meet-up). It’s as simple as typing in your unique code at checkout or showing us the QR code for scanning.
Here’s how it works online:
- Add all the Mosko gear you want to your cart.
- At checkout, look for the “Gift Card” field and enter your code (codes are not case-sensitive, so no worries there).
- Based on your balance:
- If your gift card covers the whole order, click Complete Order and you’re all set!
- If your gift card doesn’t cover the full amount, just add another payment method for the remaining balance—or even another gift card!
Checking Your Balance
Not sure how much is left on your card? No problem! You can check your balance anytime right from the Gift Card email; just click on the 'View Gift Card' button, and the balance will be reflected.

Visa Gift Cards
We don’t currently accept multiple payment cards on a single order. If you have a Visa gift card that doesn’t cover the full order total, our Support team can help facilitate a workaround.
Here's how it works:
1. Contact our Support team, and we’ll help you purchase a Mosko gift card for the exact value of your Visa gift card.
2. Apply the Mosko gift card at checkout, then use your personal credit card to cover the remaining balance.
