- Details of the incident – A brief explanation of what happened leading up to the damage.
What Happens Next?
- Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Our team will review your request and determine if your product qualifies for a Crash Care discount or repair.
- We’ll contact you with the next steps, including where to send your gear if applicable.
