Is used / second-hand Mosko gear covered?

Our warranty only applies to original purchases made directly through Mosko Moto. This warranty does not extend to purchases from

1. second-hand purchased
2. third-party auction sites
3. unauthorized dealers operating through the use of third-party marketplaces
4. dealers selling altered or modified products),

Additionally, the damage to your product must have been sustained as a result of regular, individual use (i.e., not subject to abuse).
