How to Add Items to an Existing Order
- If you're in a rush, place a second order for your additional items to avoid delays. Reach out to our support team to receive reimbursement for the shipping cost of the second order.
- If you're not in a rush, we'll give you a free shipping code to place a secondary order for the item(s) you'd like to add.
How to Remove/Swap Items to an Existing Order
- We cannot remove or change items on an order. To request cancellation of your initial order, please contact our support team. We'll cancel if it's not too late and issue a refund so you can place a new order.
