- Orders ship from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
- Most orders ship 2 business days after being placed.
- Orders received on Fridays after 14:00 CET (GMT+1) or on weekends are processed the following business day.
- We offer free shipping on orders over €200.

International Shipping & Customs
VAT/Import Taxes
- Non-EU Customers: Prices shown on our website exclude VAT. However, the buyer is responsible for paying VAT and any applicable import taxes in the country of destination and should be aware of the local customs regulations.
United Kingdom:
We now offer simpler shipping to the UK from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
All cross-border fees and VAT are included in the price you see at checkout. There are no extra costs or steps you need to manage from UK customs or the delivery service (i.e. Delivered Duty Paid).
You pay the price shown in the cart after you enter your delivery address.

Value of Shipments
- EU export laws require the actual value of shipments to be listed.
- Mosko has no control over customs processing times, which may vary from 5 to 20 business days.

- Israel: Shipments via DHL may incur high import taxes and delays of up to a month.
- Russia: We are currently unable to ship directly to Russia.
